I love this poem... And you wanted to know my outcome of breakin up and wanting to be friends? Well, we were friends for a couple weeks, and then he just started HATING me for some reason, and now we're friends again... We're like, good friends. But that's it. I'm still in love with him, and he says that we ain't gettin back together, but the problem is, people have heard him whisper under his breath "I still love Ashleigh"... And he's told friends of mine that he still likes me, but he's scared to get back with me cuz he's scared of love, and the same friends told me that he can't make up his mind about me, that his thoughts and feelings about me are jumbled, but I've still got faith, and I'm not buggin him about gettin back together. I just give him time, and pretend "us" never happened, cuz that'll only make things worse. Trust me. Just accept being as close to the one you love as they'll let you be. That's all I can say for ya. You'll have better luck than if you were to pressure them.
