Just Friends

Does life ever get easy?
Can a person ever catch a brake?
Sometimes I think,
Theres to much at stake.
Why is it that,
The ones you don't love,
Always manage to see you,
As there object of love.
They fall for you,
But not you for them.
Then the one you do want,
As more then a friend,
Doesn't notice you,
Or seem to care if your there.
All you get from them,
Is an incompetent blank stare.
You want to tell them,
How you feel,
But your afraid,
You'll get jiffed out on this deal.
They'll get freaked,
And you'll lose them all together,
So maybe staying just friends,
Is better.
