When I read your letter

When I read your letter it brought tears to my eyes.
I have a pain deep in my heart that I carry with me where ever I go.

It's well hidden behind that smile I display.
No need to let everyone see my sorrows.

No words you write could ever change how I feel.
It saddens me more to know we could never be
a couple and share the love we feel for each other.

All our dreams and our future plans
has been demolished beyond repair.

It hurts me deeply to face the truth
but I know there is no other way.

So I'm left with no choice but to go on
with my life and with me take my pain.

It will not be easy but I know some how
I will make it through the days without you.

My love, I want to wish you all best because
my heart could never hate you.

I still love you and perhaps I always will.
