Questions loom about the end of life
Who will die and who will survive
Innocent children will topple in blight
Their dreadful fate shall come at night
Candles lit to drive away the dead
Yet spirits still watch as our destiny bled
Their warnings matched by our taunting
The eye of chaos hides in waiting
Lashing like a snake, it strikes without warning
It's symbol burns unto the dying
Blissfully sucking life out of it's place
Stare upon Death's haunting face
Ghosts and demons joyously cheer
Angels of Darkness chant without fear
Humanity is silently falling away
Once again, the evil gets it's way
Our overwhelmed greed takes it's toll
In a line we forsake our decaying soul
Perishing into our clamoring fate
life, demolished by seething fate
The festival for the end of humanity
Awakened by demons crying insanity
Removing themselves from our bodies at last
Forbiddening anything to do with our past
Yes, indeed, we humans caused this end
The one thing in which we all have dread
But our own sinister ways brings about the dark
And the scars have left it's undying mark
