Isolation

by Semmie   Mar 24, 2006

The girl who sits alone

Sits in silence undisturbed

Tears trickle down her face

The gentle sobbing sound, so fragile

Why does she cry and weep in sadness?

Her soul being crushed

Withering away into misery

With each tear descending toward the ground

Further and deeper her pain swells

Her heart so supple, so frail

She cannot express

So instead her world come crashing down

With no one to catch her from this immense fall
