I don't think you realized how lucky you were.
I had changed myself to what you prefer.
I was willing to give up everything I knew.
Just to find out that you were untrue.

I was the only one who understood you.
You don't even know the pain you have put me through.
One day you'll realize that you made a mistake.
That the words I had said to you were so far from fake.
You'll be kicking yourself for being a fool.
And feel guilt on your heart for being so cruel.
I was the best one that you could ever have.
You had broken your whole, and I was you halve.
But you had the chance to be loved for eternity.
