"I dont want to leave you

As you lye in a puddle of blood

"Mommy, I cant"
I cry my tears on your face
"Where do I go?
What do I do?"

"Find protection
Close your eyes
Find a happy place
Where you can go and never come out"

As I stare into your eyes
I pick myself up
"I love you, mommy" I say before I leave

"Come here my sweetheart"
Mommy grabs my hand
She kisses me
"Go to a happy place", she says faintly

I run, like a never did before
The wind blows my tears
Looks like nothing is wrong
"Mommy I love you" I yell down the stairs

"Where are you going?" she yells
"I told you to find a place
