Our life

by LockedInEternity   Mar 26, 2006

Come close to me baby,
I've something to say.
I need you here with me,
Through night and through day.

The days you're not with me,
I feel split in half.
I can't help but need you,
With you I can laugh.

I know that you feel it,
It shows in your eyes.
The wanting, the needing,
The constant surprise.

Give in to the feeling,
And let it flow through.
Feeling the tingle,
When I embrace you.

With your tender arms,
Hold me tight, Don't let go.
I melt in the moment,
I love it, You know.

The thrill when I see you,
You have it as well.
The wanting, the needing,
Like a sweet ringing bell.

And those wonderful nights,
We spent under the stars.
Where we lay 'till forever,
From the noise of the cars.

With our feet entwined,
And our hands holding strong.
We lay there together
And then, Nothing was wrong.

And baby, Those days,
They'll never end.
The love that we share,
The kisses we send.

Our life, It was great.
But then one perfect night,
You proposed, And I fainted.
The moment so bright.

Soon it was here,
The day I have waited.
I wore a white dress,
Our souls finally mated.

United we stood,
And united we stand.
United forever,
we'll be hand in hand.

The years had gone by,
Our twins now eleven,
Our oldest one fourteen,
Our youngest now seven.

Our house with blue shutters,
On top of the hill.
The hard times we went through,
The hope and strong will.

More years, They passed by.
And we both grew old.
Our children now married.
But our hands still hold.

----------

Their memories failing,
But one thing they know,
Their love never ends.
Their eyes, They still glow.

Their life comes to an end,
But they want one more day.
They go to the beach,
All night there, They lay.

Under the stars,
With love ever so bold,
They share one last kiss,
And each other they hold.

The morning sun shines,
Yet neither awake.
The day passes on,
They have nothing at stake.

Together they lay there,
Still held tight in embrace.
They're motionless, Silent,
But a smile on each face.

That night, While asleep,
Together they died,
But even in heaven,
Their love, Will reside.

Cause united they stood,
And united they stand.
United forever,
they'll be hand in hand.

    This part:
    United we stood,
    And united we stand.
    United forever,
    we'll be hand in hand.

it didn't really go with it, at least the united part it kinda made me think of the army. yeah but it was still good i gave it a 5/5
