Hate to Love

7 reasons I hate to love
I can't find an angel from above
When I love I hurt
I cry and let my pride besmirch
I lay awake wishing till 3
I hope for things that will never be
Pain leaves my happiness dim
And he hates me for loving him

    Good poem, yea love can be a bit hateful sometimes, a bit short but that is ok

    Very true words, god I so relate to this, thank you for a very succinct poem, it doesn't need to be any longer to capture the essence of the feelings... I use too many words...

    Despite the shortness of his poem, its great. the thing that isnt great is that you have to write about stuff like love lost. im sorry :(
