Rest in Peace

The day you passed
my heart started beating again
just as a reminder
that I was still alive
I started to feel pain again
just to prove that I survived
I started to wish again
I wished with all my heart
that I was gone you were still here
but then I remembered
wishes never come true
You were the only person
out of the many in our family
to love me unconditionally
one of the few in the world
to know some of the things I went through
The best woman I've ever known
and could ever know
So now I start to pray again
I pray to God:
"please let her history become my legacy"
and then I pray
"If not let my heart rest in peices and let her Rest in Peace"
