The Waterfalls

by Swallowed by Death   Mar 27, 2006

Water rushing,
Surrounding my toes,
In the skies,
The call of a crow.

The water so deep,
Drowning my sorrows,
Because of the beauty,
I’ll still be here tomorrow.

The wind blows sweetly,
Tickling my face with my hair,
Becoming one with the river,
I have no more cares.
I can see the trail,
Enclosed by trees,
I cry out loud to the sky,
And get down on my knees.

This place is so perfect,
The sky so serene,
The water so magical,
Almost like a dream.
