HELP ME SURVIVE!!!

I walk with a smile on my face,
and my head held high.
But in truth my heart
is deeply broken inside.

How anyone can live with this pain
is beyond what i see.
But I have to survive,
If not for me then for my family.

I have people who
love and need me.
And i can't give up
just because i was to blind to see.

I've gone so far
and i can't give up now.
I've never been a quitter
and i won't start now.

Lord, send me a sign
that I'll be fine.
Because like i said before,
I need to survive.

So I ask you this lord,
Help me survive...
