I haven't seen you in a while
and now you have left me.
Both of our hearts are aching,
but now you are forever free.
I hope your new life is much better.
Earth can be such a terrible place,
but in heaven is where we will all come together.
That day we will all be happy in the presence of the Lord.
Happy and free for all eternity.
To live our new lives without the pain and suffering.
But, Aunt Nancy, will you do one thing for me?
Save a spot for all of us.
Right next to you, so we can be together.
In the Lords world forever.
For when we leave this place
we want to be able to be with you
once again, just to see your smile
and together we all shall be.
In the Lords hands so thankfully.
So, when you walk through those beautiful gates,
think of what I have asked
and thank the Lord for
Setting you free!
