Your Absence

by Little Sin   Mar 28, 2006

Walking through the lifeless hallway, I see you there with a smile on your face.
Surrounded by a crowd, smiling along.
All I can do is stare, with a strong feeling of despair.
How could this all be so unfair?
You turn your head to meet my eyes, but how could you so sullenly dare,
to only give me such a hateful glare?
As I continue my way, my heart beats faster, I`m so near.
My unnoticeable presence, you can not bare.
Can you not see my gathering tears?
Can you not hear my painful whispers, my dear?
So silent, fading into the bleak, cold air.
Unable to reach yours ears.
It seems as if its been years, since the last words you said to me.
How could you possibly be, so blind to be unable see my misery?
What do I have to do, for you to answer my plea?
The loneliness, and agony are beckoning.
If I tell you, will you listen?
Or leave me alone and more broken than before?
I`m sorry if I had not loved you enough, I just can`t bear your absence much more.
