Life has a way of tricking you,
making you think you can do all you can do,
but then why do i feel,
like i have had my fill,
when i think i can't go on,
i close my eyes and listen to my favorite song,
the earth is moving under my feet,
but all i can feel is the pain underneath,
some time i stop to think,
how no matter how hard i swim i still sink,
like the titanic going down under water,
i realize i am just cannon fodder,
so hear the words i speak,
know love is a waste don't seek,
you only get hurt and pain,
you will only end up insane,
now it's time for me to say goodbye,
this life may have been good but it passed me by!
