To be like you

by Clonjey   Mar 29, 2006

I wish I were as smart as you.
I wish I worked as hard as you.
I wish I were as cute.
I wish my doubts were mute.
I wish I were as sexy.
My envy wrecks me.

I wish I dressed as well as you.
Be funny; have money as you do.
You're well connected like a circuit.
You're expected to be perfect.
Everyday I wish I were you.
Everyday I admire you.

Everyday from July to June I wish to have an OUNCE of your perfection,
And my mom comes in the room and says "stop staring at your reflection."
