Nice poem. I liked the structure - but if you lengthened a few lines and made it into just one section, it would be in the shakesperian sonnet form, which would rather suit the context.

Sometimes my thoughts are too immense,
and my mind and body crumble.

I really liked those lines, I think too much sometimes, and it really hurts when I do :(
