Untitled

Miserable and lonely,
She sits in her room,
Listening to music,
That relates to her gloom.

She is sad and confused,
Wondering what she did,
To deserve all of this,
All of the emotions she hid.

Her friends don't want to listen,
Her family wouldn't have a clue.
She puts on a happy face,
To cover feeling blue.

Constantly she smiles,
And pretends to have fun,
While she tries very hard,
From coming undone.

She does have her bad days,
When she just wants to be alone,
Quiet and out of character,
No one would've ever known.

People would wonder,
Friends would ask what's wrong,
She says nothing,
As she felt like this all along.

Her friends would leave it at that,
Continue with their fun,
As she sits there alone,
Contemplating what she's just done.

She doesn't like lying,
But she doesn't have a choice,
They are sick of listening,
As many of them have voiced.

She feels excluded and lonely,
As she does all the time,
But she keeps it all inside,
Is that such a crime?

Her one and only dream,
Is for this misery to end,
For her heart full of sadness,
To be on the mend.

    I also liked this one.
I think it's a piece a lot of people especially youngsters could relate to.
We sometimes are in need to have a listening ear around us, and sometimes it's just not there.
    Good expressed views.
