Life is nothing but smoke and mirrors.
You scream and cry, not like any one cares.
You put a blade to your wrists and say you wanna die
Then they just laugh and say that you lie
T hey say that you want attention, in most cases sad but true, but then when you take your own lifw whose fault is it ?

    This is very direct and it really involves the reader the way you use "you" a lot throughout the poem. It's short but very dramatic, well done.
