Lost Love

by FELTON PHILLIPS   Apr 1, 2006

In your eyes I see a distorted image of myself. an aberration of who I am or dream of becoming.

In your eyes I can only see myself filtered through a lens contaminated by bad experiences.

I loathe the way you see me, yet I only need to accept responsibility for the way I see you.

I accept you. Now it is your turn to look within for the power residing in your heart.

Look deeply for the jewel that was there all along. Sometimes lost love can be found again. One only has to look.
