On the grassy hill, we lay and we watched the stars,
Forgeting of all that was ours,
just enjoying the view with you.
Im lost in thought.
My heart was once again caught,
by you, and by your strong hands.
Ive been worried too,
you've been quiet, not saying a single word.
I hudled closer to you,
you gave me a look that was better than watching the view,
i felt your lips on mine,
the stars that would shine,
made light for us both.
You told me I love you,
in front of this view,
i gave you a hug,
and then we both stood up.
We went for a walk,
i think it was about twelve o'clock.
We rolled down the emerald grassy field,
you held me close as if i were a shield,
" thank you " the words came out,
and about love they were about.
We both fell asleep,
in this sleep it was very deep,
for the next morning,
we had no warning.
None of us woke up to see the sun,
But we lay there, both with a gun.
That night,
we felt what was right,
and we died in each others arms.
