There once was a girl who was pretty and smart
Who was lookin for the guy with the keys to her heart

It turned out a baby was living inside
And all of a sudden, she lost all her pride
She located the guy and told him about it
But all he could do was simply deny it
He said it wasn\'t possible, he used protection
And that a test was a suggestion
It turned out the baby was the guy\'s
And he was in for another surprise
It turned out he also had HIV
And the sad sh*t was that so did she
They died some time after, sad to say
That while they gave life, theirs was taken away
