A Murderer's Delight

by Briana   Apr 3, 2006

Drip, drip
Your blood paints the walls
Like a crimson refuge from my malice
But it fails to provide
For I come full force

Your hand frighteningly clings to the gun
Your body shakes repeatedly
This sight I see before my eyes
Is the thrill that keeps me awake at night

Not a taste of victory will delight you
For I always come out on top
You'd better relinquish your control to me
Before I cause your heart to stop

Fool should escape
Travel far away
Nowhere close to here
For I can smell your fear

I sprint after you
What's coming over me?
The great feeling of challenge
The thrill that I seek

At last, I've found you
In the corner of darkness
Pain shall corrupt your soul
And you shall die a ruthless death

The murderer sounds like an animal. The whole predator/prey idea. Very nice.
