This Pain

These scars show the pain I'm in,
I know people see them,
but they go on acting like nothing is wrong,
can't they see I want to be saved?

why aren't they helping?
stop acting like I'm doing great,
face reality,
I'm falling,

really close to rock bottom,
I know they care but maybe,
they are scared?
this pain hurts so bad,
