Grandpa's New Bond

by Brigitte   Apr 3, 2006

~ I wrote this for one of those fast poem contests lol I chose 2 words out of a hat... One was grandpa and the other was bond... and I immediately thought of fake teeth and polygrip... Don't ask me why.. It's just what I wrote about lol~

When grandpa was a little lad,
His brushing habits were very bad.
He ate no meats,
Just sweats and treats,
And from his sugar high,
His teeth have gone bye-bye.
No sweets for treats anymore,
And so he went to the store,
He'll need some new teeth
For sweets were no longer in his belief.
He found a bargain, one size fits all,
Well at least they won't be too small!
But alas they clicked and clacked,
And he couldn't take them back!
HEY!!! Polygrip will do the trick!
And now-- They stick!
