You and I

by Mark   Apr 4, 2006

Our pasts are not that great,
Our pasts are not our fate.
The way we have been treated by others, is a way no one deserves to have to live with,
But that is it, we can not change it but we still live.

Suicide is not an option, it's just the easy way out,
But just sitting and thinking, it's a way to pout.
Our lives may not be perfect, but no one's is,
That tingle in our mouthes, it's a real fizz.

Sometimes we go through hell,
Memory's are painful, I know it's true,
But we still live on, we'll live it through.
It's a part of life, it's what we'll live through,
But it happens, it's what people do.

We're living through, hell it seems,
But it'll wear out someday, just like a pear of jeans.
The world will end, nothing will ever live again,
No one here, no one to complain.

Another great poem, to improve it put the poem in stanzas cause it looks more professional
