She walks

by StEve   Apr 4, 2006

She walks the land free from love and feelings of emotion.
She walks the beaches never feeling knowing ocean.
She looks to the sky seeking the breeze.
She looks to the heavens and she falls to her knees.
She smells the air so sweet and clean.
She watches the clouds never knowing what there's to be seen.
She touches the sand, her hand lays plush.
She touches my heart, careful not to crush.
She hears a voice calling her name.
She hears her thoughts and they sound the same.
She stands again and walks the shore.
She stands and walks as empty as before....
