Help me say good-bye

~For some weird reason, I can never say good-bye. Saying good-bye to me is like taking poison.
~But its harder for me to say good-bye to those ready to pass away.
~Without that loved one I feel like I'm always stuck in the winter season.
~It's always cold and blank when they are away.
~Please someone help me say good-bye.
