You dont know what you have got til its gone
That is what they all say
I did not really believe it
Until it got to today

When I was with you I was so strong
But then you tore me apart

Whispering things in my ear
You touch was so soft
Your lips across my smooth cheek
And you almost made me blush

Then you go and ruin it all
By hurting me so bad
You said we could still be friends
But to me that was not enough

But still you see me sitting here
All on my own
When my only wish is to be with you
But that is one that will never come true
