I guess I should probably say it,
out loud so you can hear,
exactly what affect you have,
whenever you are near.

I'm sorry if I hurt you,
but you come on way to strong,
either that or you ignore me,
making me feel like I don't belong.

And when I finally think that I like you,
you confuse me with what you say,
making me question what you feel,
by the actions that you portray.

Then people get involved,
and I'm confused from the start,
if what my head is telling me,
is the same as what's in my heart.

And it's always then you chose to ignore me,
so I assume what they say is unreal,
so I don't bother explaining,
and my feelings are never revealed.

But today I'm coming clean,
cause it's gone on far to long,
and I feel like where we're headed,
is not where we belong.
