That's When I'll Stop Loving You.

by chrissi   Apr 6, 2006

I have always loved you,
And I suppose I always will...
I haven't seen you, in the longest time.
Even so, I love you still. .

I'll never cease to love you.
I swear to you, it's true.
With everything, I have in me
I'll show you, it will be proved.

When water flows a crimson red
And soft skies become solid mass
When the clouds up there have gone away
..When everything on earth, shall pass

When plants no long wither
Nor do they beautifully bloom
When all the creatures of the land
Have no remnant living room.

When flowers lose their fragrance,
And scenery loses its green
When the solid ground around me
Crumbles, beneath my feet.

When the sun no longer shimmers...
And birds no longer sing
When the stars above, refuse to shine...
When there is no one here, but me.

When noses no longer smell
And fingers never touch
When lips nevermore taste
Dear, sweet kisses so much

When feet no longer tread
And arms, never again hold
When all feelings are not felt
And the truth is never told.

When ears cannot hear "I love you"
And eyes no longer see
When every possession I own
Vanishes before me.

Once all angels return their wings
Ill risk the loss of everything
Only to prove, that this love is true
When God alone commands me...

That's when I'll stop loving you.
