This is a good poem. You show your feelings well. The ending is brilliant as is the line,
Some are afraid of hurting themselves.
But yet the pain is all ready too deep.

It could be a bit longer to explain in more depth what you are trying to say.
But altogether it's good. 4/5 Keep up the good work.
