Stabbed in the Back

by Jaymilynn Gonzalez   Apr 7, 2006

She stabbed her in the back
Her own trusted friend
She stabbed her with the reason that made their friendship end

She didn't even try to help
Just watched her best friend cry
She smiled and laughed
While her friend just wanted to die

As her best friend cried
She continued with her work
As her best friend called for help
She gave a deadly smirk

Now her best friend takes a knife
And cuts through her beautiful skin
Oblivious to this
She just enlarges her grin

She finally found help
Outside her best friends trust
She finally repaired herself
Without her friend's forceful thrust

But when she looks into the mirror
And sees her back
A long, large cut is on it
From her best friend's attack

I am really sorry... Starting Monday, I had the worst stuff happen and I wasn't there to help you. I'm really really sorry.
