Candlewick is burning,
Wax seeps from the side,
Flame flickers onward,
Suppressed to suicide,

Stars glitter hope,
Forever denying pain,
Moon shadows colour,
Inverting the insane,

Sea covers sand,
Protecting what lies beneath,
Tide corrupts the sound,
A broken cold relief,

Mind enhanced hypnotic,
With eyes an icy stare,
Lightning illuminates the cloud,
A bigger rip to tear,

Steel coldest heart,
Freezes a roses life,
Stem torn down,
Bleeds to the knife.
