Broken heart

She needs to hear she\'s beautiful,
cause that\'s not how she feels,
inside she is empty,
this kind of hurt just never heals,
it\'s been like this for a while, and
when she sees him she feels sick,
it\'s what we call a broken heart and it won\'t go away quick,
she feels as thought there\'s no reason to live,
she isn\'t worth it, and she has nothing to give,
she feels like dying,
she\'s always crying,
crying out in the dark because she needs him,
yet at the same time she is afraid of sleep,
she\'s scared she\'ll see his face,
the one she used to turn to when everything was wrong,
now everything reminds her,
from a street sign to a song,
she wishes he knew what this was doing to her,
but in a way she is ashamed for the way she feels weak,
now she won\'t eat, sleep or speak,
she is underweight and pale,
there is nothing beautiful about what she has become,
and she knows that,
she wishes she\'d just die,
he still doesn\'t see why,
why she is taking it so bad,
but it\'s so simple,
she loves him and if he can\'t see that then he\'s mad
