So she hurts deep inside
because of everything thats gone wrong
she puts on an act and a fake smile
to make others think she's strong.
so much goes on inside her head
stuff she can't explain
her heart and head are empty
filled with nothing but uncontrollable pain.
people stay on her case
i guess they're keeping her in line
they don't seem to notice that
her eyes have lost their shine.
she can't seem to catch a break
in a crowed room she feels alone
all she wants is to be curled up
in her bed at home.
she doesn't want people's pity
so shes keeps it all inside
thinks if she helps others with their problems
she'll be able to push her's aside.
and now she's hit a point in life
where she just can't seem to sleep
she lays in her bed at night
and all she does is think.
it kind of sort of scares her
it's like she's stuck inside a trance
it's like she's in a club
but doesn't know how to dance.
still she will hide away her feelings
if you can't see it it's not there
this is how she lives her life
she's just a waste of fresh air.
