Untitled

A smile,
a laugh,
a dance,
once shared,
only one
who once cared.

Something happens
it all falls apart.
A leading summer
rips out the heart.

A blind one
lead by loves embrace
happily ever after
has all been erased.

A teardrop,
a sob,
everything stops.
Looking to the heaven
asking, why me gods?
What have I done
to deserve this pain?

Walking in the moonlight,
crying in the rain,
nothing is right,
everything has changed.

The ends have ripped,
they no longer meet,
a heart filled with longing,
a mind with deceit.

The rose has withered
the leaves fade to gray,
a matter of the mind
is no longer okay.

Something's wrong
it's all so calm,
the days have changed,
they now are too long.

The winds have changed,
blowing too fast,
taking control,
to make it all last.

Taking the memories
that once were so kind
filling them with hate
making the anger seem blind.

How could this happen?
How could it change?
What once was so perfect,
has ended so strange.
