7 Deadly Sinners

7 deadly sinners, wait upon the crest.
A hill I could not climb, even at my best
The raise there swords and bow there heads, waiting for there test.

There necks are bare, they wait, and death would be a blessing,
because no one know the seventh man, sits and waits, assessing

The trumpet sounds, the men cry war, and so the fight begins
Seven deadly sinners, committing deadly sins.

Spin and slash, duck and blow, all a deadly dance,
Seven deadly sinners, murdering by mass.

Death comes fast, the pain is swift,
A beautifull lie, a lovely myth

These heads held high, but not upon shoulders,
the sinners laughing, sit in wonders
As our village is sent asunder.

The steaks stand high, and spirits are lifted, crying to the heavens
"The sinners blood shall wash my hands"
The wind whispers to the gifted.

The seventh man stands frozen, before a pretty face
And the sinners saw a tear, screaming sorrow had no place.

The love I lost was here today, and her death shall have great cost,

The wind tells secrets, but this was kept,
Hoping the beast and man, hadn't met

There secret lives, all the lies, and the sinners didn't know,
When the wind comes roaring, and the ocean rolls,
it was time to go

The wine was steep, the women plenty, and the men slept deep that night
There tongues were thick, there minds were dull, not prepared to fight
So despite all else, when the moon was high, the seventh sinner strikes.
"My love is gone, I've not to lose, so when you sleep this night,
Tell yourself that you are safe, and wrap your blankets tight.
You'll find you souls and see you selfs, and soon you'll know the truth,
As I have know for years and years, but never have let loose,
My secret reeks, its vengeance I seek, so I'll stack the bodies high"
