I can't believe

When you see me
its like I'm not even there
and you will never see
that I'm the one that truly cared

we had good times and bad
and we made each other laugh
but now the laughters gone and I'm the one thats sad
maybe i was wrong and we weren't destined to go down the same path

when you looked me in the eyes i was mesmerized
you showed me what its like not to be afraid of love
but i guess it was time for you to decide
if i was the one that you were truly thinking of

when i finally figured out what you really were
it hurts me to know that they were all right
i said that your love was pure
i shouldn't of let you in my sight

i told them you were different
you weren't like that anymore
but my words were insignificant
and once again my heart got tore

i thought i could rid you
of your playing ways
but i realized thats impossible to do
and that all you will ever be is someone who betrays

i wish i knew how you honestly felt
because it would make alot of things better
when you looked at me my world would melt
but once again this is the end of another sad chapter!
