The painting of your life

by Jamie   Apr 9, 2006

Art is the painting of life

The picture that shows you

That one descent design

The colorful lines

The canvas is black Streaks of color through it

What dose it lack?

The lies it admits

It shows the real you

It shows another side

The colors hidden within

In whom do you confide

Hidden in sin

The confusion in this world

That once consumed you

The thing you once ignored

Not knowing what to do

What dose the black represent?

The hurt and sin?

Why did you repent

Then hurt your life again?

The streaks of colors finally show

Representing some sort of happiness

The smiles come and go

You feel so out of place

You like being Different

Look at your face

The hurt in your eyes came and went

between the sadness and smiles

Theres a voice laking emotion

Its been a while

The hidden devotion

Trying to figure yourself out

So you shut your-self down

Cutting through the ribbons of self-doubt

The comfort of a sound

You finally smile again

The hurt in your eyes fade

Repent of those sins

Look at the life you've made

smile CZ your okey now

Even if it feels as if your falling apart

Some may ask how?

Just follow your heart!
