You'll Never Know

by Michael Rutland   Apr 10, 2006

As the sun falls and night comes upon us
Your silhouette lights the evening sky
Like a candle at midnight
The stars glitter in your eyes as a diamond reflecting in the light
My love for you is brilliant and bright as a summer day
As a red luscious rose laid upon the top of a glistening stream
Although your love for me
Is as cold and dark as a winter night
Just like a black rose deceitful in dark
There ain't no sunshine with out you
Just darkness twenty four seven
I don't play for any one but you don't you understand
I'm never going to let you go
Whatever you want to say to make me hate you won't work
I was put on this earth to be with you no one else just you
Loves grabbed me by the throat and won't let go
It's going to choke me to death but I would die thinking of you
Life in it's being couldn't keep me from seeing you
your always in my head
I fall asleep thinking of you, and wake up to a dream of you
I will love you with all my heart forever and always.
