Its a great poem. you really put all your emotions in it. but i noticed that you say any last wish at the end of some and then any last wishes at the end of others. it would sound better if they all said any last wishes.

I agree with brittany ^^ I think the repetition of 'Any last wish?' or 'Any last wishes?' is important in this poem. Also

Good solid structure and wording. Watch out for the parts that say wish and wishes. They should probably be the same thing. Other than that excellent work.
