Nothing but a Dream

Today i am so alone
and it is so cold
The emptiness
that has become me
Is so heavy
The weight of nothing
is knocking me into the ground
I am trying
to take refuge in anything
I am so empty
that empty has become my home
Death my only friend
is the thing that keeps me alive
I'm freezing
I am frozen
A small boy
in a world of giants
If I disappear tomorrow
would you know
Could you then understand
what it feels like
To have nothing
but a dream
