Butterflies

by Stephanie   Apr 11, 2006

Crawl your way through all your life
Watching all the passerby
Learning to stop and take your time
And watch the stars above you shine

Wrap yourself away from the world
While all the problems around you stir
Wish all of it will go away
But through all time, the pain will fade

Fight your way out to the light
Through all your troubles, through all your life
Look to the mirror and see the wise
To see the beautiful butterfly

Okay so this poem is mainly about how you go through life and things may happen, but in the end, it will all become better and the whole "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" thing.
If you read closely, the first line says "crawl your way through all your life" ((as in a caterpillar))
The 5th line says "Wrap yourself away from the world" ((as in a cocoon))
And the 9th line says "fight your way out to the line" ((as in coming out of your cocoon being a butterfly))
