You asked where i was the other night
i wasn't at home is what i said
then i said where were you the past 6 months
while i silently cried in bed
where were you when my crush changed schools?
when he came back?
thats not what true friends do
friendship is what you lack
where were you when i liked some one new?
where were you when he turned me away?
this is the question i often ask
i think about it everyday
and when i finally got over it
you called back one more time
you said'im moving back!'
and i still hear the clock chime
