Am I supposed to feel like this?

People say teenagers
all go through tough times
but that makes me think
am I supposed to feel like this?
Like there's this
huge black cold hole
and I keep falling further & further
into the darkness
emptiness fills my soul
and I'm all alone
my heart's cold as ice
the only sound
are my tears
splashing as they hit
the hard stone floor
lying on my side
can't tell whether my eyes are
open or shut
all I see is black
my hearts aching
crying
screaming
to be set free
to be helped
but no one hears
no one ever listens
am I supposed to feel like this?
