Bottled up anger

by Bri   Apr 12, 2006

Cold and breathless left out to die
As the wind sweeps through, it hears her cry

A frozen cold tear lie on her cheek
As she struggles to wipe it, she feels too weak

It was a nasty night, filled with rain and thunder
As that grudge with in began to shudder

She pleaded with mercy, to feel no pain
As the monster grew and grew, it put her to shame

She knew this was coming, all the time
She never meant to hurt anyone or cause a crime

Little to her suprise that monster said,
"what are you crying for, its you who lie dead"

With no despair she looked around,
A preacher talking with hollow sound

That vicious monster that supposedly killed her
Was her own self, but with bottled up anger
