Underneath the smile
Lurks a permanent frown
That sinks way beneath
The burning ground

Underneath the clothes
On the pallid skin
Are cuts and bruises
Showing insanity's win

Underneath the perfection
Are the constant earthquakes
That never give peace
Eternal pain they take
