Liquid Darkness

by Kathy   Feb 3, 2004

I scream out in desperate need of help.
But I've gone to deep no one returns my call.
The silent darkness has taken hold from within,
But there is no where left for me to fall.

This darkness is filling my lungs like blood,
And I'm slowly suffocating in this endless black.
I can't see and I'm becoming weak,
And I don't have the courage to turn back.

I lie here not able to breathe,
Death is slowly taking over my mind.
As I take my last breath I start to pray,
I lie here knowing its my body they won't find.
