I Love Him

He hurt me
But was forgiven
I hurt him
And haven't forgotten

He is amazing
And I love him
He makes me crazy
And even grim

But he holds my heart
I gave him the key
I love him so much
But we aren't meant to be

So many obstacles
Stand between him and me
Nothing will change that
Because he's moved on already

I tried so hard to fix it
I tried to rekindle our love
I wanted to hang on to him,
My angel from above

But he wouldn't have me
He wouldn't let me stay
He kicked me out of his life
And told me to go away

He said he didn't love me
That all I do is cause him stress
I tried too hard to keep him
And that made me become a pest

As I sit here and remember
The love we used to share
I keep wishing he was mine
And this situation is unfair

I love him so much
Why can't he see
He said he was mine
He still belongs to me

I may have said some awful things
Just to get him back
But I am only human
I'm far from perfect, that is a fact

I love him more than anything
He is my one and only
If I can't be with him
Then my heart will forever be lonely

That I'm falling apart

Tell him I love him
And I'm sorry for what I said
I didn't mean any of it
I wasn't thinking with my head

The tears that are flowing
are now blurring my vision
I must go now, because this hurts
For he has already made his decision...
